如何去品味咖啡！
1. 闻
慢慢的靠近咖啡杯闻一下，然后移开。咖啡的芳香化合物具有不同的权重，因此传播的速度也不同。大部分咖啡都具有气味。
2.呷一口，吞咽，然后品味！
酸度：
想一下您的味蕾的感觉和您的反应。是愉悦的感觉？有多强烈？还有其他感觉吗？干柠檬？西柚？红苹果？葡萄酒？享受从舌尖到吞咽的过程。
咖啡醇度：
形容一下咖啡的粘度，厚度，重量，口感。这种咖啡主要有一种油腻的感觉。从舌尖到上颚品味一下这种感觉。这种口感可能会从低稠度到高稠度发生变化。
风味：
因为不同的人味蕾不同，因而风味会因人而异。但是如果您在咖啡杯上品尝到玫瑰味或其他风味，请描述这种风味。
回味：
回味是否一直萦绕在您口中？您是否喜欢这些余味？
均衡？
酸度，醇度和香味是否相互协和？换句话说，您喜欢这种感觉吗？
3.重复以上步骤
重复以上步骤并且总结一个标准品咖流程。当咖啡温度接近于室温时，风味将会发生变化。
