Arabica Roasters has been busy in April! In the beginning of the month, we took part in the super-luxury event Hainan Rendezvous and the Sinan Cup the following week. The month was rounded out by a trip to Shenzhen, where Arabica Roasters provided coffee for a meeting of business leaders from the Shenzhen Hotel Association.
For the fourth year in a row, Arabica Roasters has attended Hainan Rendezvous, held in the beautiful island province of Sanya. We provided high-end luxury coffee to exhibition attendees as they perused through numerous attractions, which included massive yachts (some as large as 50 meters), supercars such as the McLaren P1, and private helicopters.
The following week, Arabica Roasters was fortunate enough to enjoy Sanya for another event, as we continued to provide coffee for the Sinan Cup, which is a reference to the ancient compasses used by Chinese sailors as early as 200 AD. The event included off-shore and in-shore sailboat races with participants from the seven seas and four corners of the globe, and a VIP reception at the St. Regis Hotel in Sanya.
