How to use a French Press
| STEP 1 Pre-boil water (Ideally about 91 C --if it's too hot, this might impact the overall flavor!) |

| STEP 2 Prepare the coffee grounds, put them into the press. Ratio: about 7-9g (1 large tablespoon) per 125 mL of water |

| STEP 3 Pour the water into the press, stir the mixture to allow the beans to cook fully. Cover the press with the plunger filter and allow the coffee to cook for 3-5 minutes. |

| STEP 4 Depress the plunger filter, slowly and steadily. |
