This coffee is smooth and mild, with light aromas of dragon fruit and cherries, while also possessing the flavors of cinnamon, cumin and fresh ginger. Medium-bodied with medium acidity and oil, the aftertaste is a mix of almond, hazelnut and walnut flavors, followed by a slight chocolaty taste.

While there is no overpowering or strong flavor, the coffee is well-balanced, which is the distinguishing feature of the Salvadorian coffee.
