Zhang Youdai is one of China's premier radio DJs, and a vital figure in the Chinese music scene.  After studying at the prestigious Central Academy of Drama and Literature in the 1980's, he became one of China's first real radio DJs in the 90's, and helped introduce the country to rock, jazz and electronic music, influencing a generation of audiophiles with his melifulous voice and impecable curatorial skills.
